Welcome!

Because healing, growth and change are possible:

Creating a vital, healthy life is a life long journey for all of us, full of one balancing act after another. Sometimes, due to a loss, disappointment, trauma, stress or life transition, our journey takes a turn and we are confused about why life is so difficult and challenging. Maybe it’s a struggle to get through the day, even to feel alive. Or maybe it’s the routine and stress of responsibilities leaving you feeling unseen, lost or taken for granted. Or maybe it’s a transition or change that has you questioning your purpose or value in the world, and hope seems to have dissolved. Life feels dull and difficult to manage and its exhausting to try and figure out why.

Can you relate to any of the following:

Distressed and Unhappy:

Do you feel stuck in anxiety, worry and depression? You feel like everything you’ve tried is not working and no one really understands what you are deeply feeling?

Relationship Struggles:

Are you feeling alone in your relationship, arguing too much and your partner who was once your closest ally, feels distant and aloof? Are you feeling disappointed and wondering if you can hang in there much longer?

Struggling with Dating and Singleness:

Wondering if you will ever find someone who is a good fit for you? Feeling ready to give up and forget dating? Wondering if some of your unconscious behavior patterns may be getting in the way of successfully finding a life-long partner?

Struggling with disordered eating:

Do you struggle with restricting, binging, purging, or over-exercising? Are your negative thoughts about your body keeping you from enjoying your life? Are you feeling trapped by the anxiety and depression you feel?

Worried about your teens and your family:

Noticing some changes in your adolescent’s behavior who seems lonely or sad? Even though you’ve tried to communicate, they won’t let you in. What do you do?

Recovering from Deep Loss and Grief

Nothing could have prepared you to face the struggle to rebuild your life after the loss of that relationship, whether the loss is from divorce or losing a parent or friend. Depression, loneliness and fear of the future can be so disabling.

Hope and Healing – A New Beginning

At times like these, we need a new kind of support unlike we’ve had before. Asking for that support does take courage, but it can be the first step towards taking control of our lives and finding our way back.

Because, during these challenging times, we tap into deeply rooted patterns and beliefs that have held us captive for too long. We buy into that inner voice that tells us we are unlovable, unworthy, incapable or somehow at fault.

Have you ever imagined what could happen if you invited someone along this journey of self discovery? Someone to help you combat these beliefs, patterns and unknown aspects of yourself? Could it be possible to see new truths begin to take hold and develop into a better life with meaningful relationships, resiliency and well-being?
